Ariel Shibolet Born in1972 in Israel
Played the cello and had classical education in his youth.
Started playing the tenor saxophone in 1992 while studying jazz and classical music, theory & composition. Two years later, he started playing the soprano saxophone and gradually became dedicated to improvised music.

A member of the Kadima Collective and the Tel-Aviv Art Ensemble.
